- Toolbar icon action setting with four options: show the capture menu, capture the whole web page, capture the visible region, or capture a web page region.
- Firefox shortcut commands for showing the capture menu and running each capture mode directly.
- Default shortcuts: Alt + Shift + S shows the capture menu and Ctrl + Shift + S captures the whole web page.
- "Manage Keyboard Shortcuts" button in settings, opening Firefox's built-in extension shortcut manager.
- "Play sounds" setting, enabled by default.

First release of the Easy Screenshot Plus fork, continuing maintenance of the inactive upstream mozilla-extensions/easyscreenshot.

- Settings page with two preferences: one-click whole-page capture when the toolbar icon is clicked (skips the popup menu), and a toggle for opening the download folder after saving (off by default).
- "Settings" entry in the toolbar icon's right-click menu, opening the options page.

Changed
- The system file manager no longer opens after saving a screenshot; it's now opt-in via the new setting.
- Saved files use macOS-style names, such as
Screenshot 2026-06-07 at 6.14.17 PM.png. - The options page follows the browser's light or dark theme instead of a forced white background.
- Renamed the extension to "Easy Screenshot Plus" with a new add-on ID.
- Modernized the lint toolchain and the manifest, including an explicit declaration that the extension collects no data.
